Q: How do I get my tickets?

A: To claim your tickets, go to the ticketing table at the event. Tell the staff member that you purchased your tickets online. Then give your name and the amount of tickets that you bought. They will verify and provide you your wristbands.

Q: Can I get the online presale price at the door?

A: No. Online presale ticket availability with discount end the night before the event.

Q: How can I pay for tickets at the door, merchandise, and food and drinks?

A: We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as cash for tickets at the door and merchandise. Food and drinks are for sale through our venue, OB's, and is cash only. There is an ATM inside the venue if you need cash.

Q: Am I able to reenter the event if I leave?

A: Yes. As long as you have your wristband on, you will be able to come and go freely.

Q: Are outside food and drinks allowed into the event?

A: No outside food or drinks are allowed.

Q: Are your events child friendly?

A: We here at PWR are parents ourselves and promote a family friendly product. We try to take good care to make sure our events are entertaining for all.

Q: Do your events have seating or are they standing room only?

A: We do have limited seating and do our best to make sure we have enough chairs on hand for every one of our fans. However, we have had a greater than expected turnout at our recent shows. So we do apologize if seating isn't available upon arrival to the event. We try to encourage fans to arrive early to have a better chance at securing a seat.
